  Great front service, but the food was disappointing. They frequently run out of chicken, so you end up waiting for it to be made. Unfortunately, when you do get your bucket, the batter isn’t even on the chicken—it’s sitting at the bottom of the bucket. The pieces also seem random and inconsistent. Overall, everything feels rushed and poorly prepared. I usually avoid this location altogether, but my regular spot was closed early tonight.

  Staff is extremely slow and doesn’t have basic etiquettes to talk to people.. specially the girl in the evening who takes orders.. They are always confused.. They messed up someone’s order and when that guy was upset .. Lol that lady was making faces instead.. haha.. And when she corrected his order .. she was asking continuously “Are you happy now! Happy with a pale face?!!” .. No apologies no excuses only pressuring him to be silent.. This is the second time I encountered this, same lady .. I know she is Super busy and confused.. but at-least they should be taught with basic soft skills for customer handling.. it ruins community name!! TBH.. She is really hard working but having Backhome attitude which needs serious attention

  Such nice and polite staff! Hot food excellent fast service!! Best kfc I been too in a while !
