  I wish the customers are informed that the cashier or the cook or any of the crew handling or making the food is in training. That's why we went to a fastfood place and service of food would be quick. Or at least, tell us how much long will it take for the food to make. After waiting for 15 to 17 minutes for my food (zinger and original chicken sandwich), they forgot to put condiments and tissues.

  I have never been to this location and not have to wait 15 or more minutes. I went in yesterday. When got in I saw 3 employees. One behind the cash, one in the kitchen and one sitting at one of the tables talking to an outside friend I assume. No one was doing anything. Just looking forward. I placed an order for a classic chicken sandwich and a slider. Popular items. Should be on tap for customers to come in, grab and go as fast food should be. About 2 minutes later my name was called and I was told that if I wanted a classic sandwich it would be between 10 and 15 minutes... I was told I could take the meat from a big crunch and they can dress it like the classic, but it will take 5 to 10 minutes. Mind you, there was no one ahead or behind me. The place is not packed with customers waiting for their food. No uber pick ups waiting. Nothing. No reason two standard sandwiches should take that long. Given that I already paid and they already wasted some of my time I agreed to the big crunch meat classic sandwich option. Since this is not the first time ive waited here for a long time, one they confirmed the order I actually started a timer on my phone out of curiosity to see if this makeshift 5 to 10 minute big crunch classic will be ready in the stated time. At 13 minutes and 26 seconds they called my name again and I got my food. No one had come in in that time and no other orders were being worked on. So I really dont get how they were still able to waste 20 minutes of my time. I was not going to leave a review off of one bad experience, but this is not strike 1 2 or 3. This now 5 times they took this long. The food however was fresh so... yeah. May as well just go to a sit-down restaurant if you want to sit around waiting for your food.

  I placed my order and waited nearly 50 minutes for it to be prepared. During that time, at least 5 customers who came after me were served before my order was even ready. I asked staff about my order multiple times, but I was just told to “please wait” without any clear explanation or update. This is not acceptable for a fast-food restaurant. Waiting almost an hour for a simple order, while others are being served ahead of you, shows poor organization and lack of respect for customers’ time. Very disappointing experience.

  I bought a 4 piece yesterday and I asked if they have hot and crispy and the associate said yes, when I got home and looked at the 4 piece, it looked like the pieces were on steroids. I took a bite and the skin crumbled, the chicken was not seasoned. If I did not know my way around a kitchen I wouldn't be able to tell that the chicken was never marinated, they just grabbed some naked chicken, tossed it in some flour and threw it in the fryer. This is disgusting, and gross 🤮. I will pay the extra money and get some Korean fried chicken, they never miss when it comes service and quality. KFC you need to do better, I am deleting my app.

  Im a little late on writing this review because I have been struggling on how to write this review. Never have I ever written a review like i am about to KINDLY share and warn others about this location. Yesterday (Saturday March 28th 2026 at around 5:20PM) I walked into this location to order a family dinner with my nine year old son. As I entered about 4 people had just left and I thought great I shouldn't be too long there because a group of people just left. This location is very very poorly staffed and managed. As I started to place my order about 3-4 people came in whichever seemed to highly distract the lady on cash because it took her nearly 10 minutes to take my order. The first problem started while I was ordering, I order a 4 piece chicken combo for my son and the cashier lady stopped dead in her tracks while taking my order turned to the man who was the only one cooking and said something to him in a language that wasn't English. She then turned to me and said no we only have spicey chicken we have to cook more chicken that isn't spicey. I asked her how long will it take, she stopped dead in her tracks again spoke to the man cooking in a language that yet again wasn't English. He fully kept ignoring her question as to how long it would take. She then turned to me and gave me an estimate of 10 minutes. The man cooking then said you take spicey chicken or you wait! The cashier lady eventually finished taking my order and went back to help the cook. As she is back there helping the cook with something there are a few other customers standing there waiting to be acknowledged with no avail. I could see and sense the frustration in the other customer's faces so I acknowledged them and told them how long it took to take my order and how long that they were probably end up going to have to wait. One lady asked if she could cancel her order because they hadn't even started on hers. The guy who was cooking said no! Then said to her will you take the spicey chicken. The lady said no if I wanted spicey chicken then I would have ordered it. She asked again can I please just cancel my order,the cook then said to her no you wait! Another gentleman waiting for his order said he rarely comes to this location because of how bad the wait times,staff,and food are at this location. He let us know that he normally goes to the other location on dundas which is just before hurontario street. And lastly another gentleman waiting for his order said to the cook I guess I have to just wait too. The cook then said to him you want the spicey chicken and the man declined because if he wanted spicey chicken he too would have ordered it. The cook then said to the man you wait! I worked in the service industry for almost 20years and never have I ever seen such utter disregard for customer service. This location was recently renovated something it desperately needed,dont let the fresh look fool you, what lies beneath is absolutely horrible. The food is always poorly cooked and kept. Stale microwaved chicken, the French fries are always old and stale too. The chicken sandwiches are poorly made and put together. Always check your order before leaving because 80% of the time there will be something wrong with the order or something missing. This location at tomken and dundas is a great small location, but it definitely needs new management and definitely needs new staff. If this place keeps running as it is now I guarantee it won't last too much longer. I hope this review helps others in not making the mistake of coming to this location. PLEASE READ REVIEWS BEFORE COMING TO THIS LOCATION,SO YOU WONT BE THE NEXT VICTIM OF BAD FOOD AND SERVICE.
