Mobile order Show 7mins for pickup, I stand in here more than 10mins, and that customer came later than me are gone! If I haven’t ask them is it my order ready? They won’t do anything with it! They only care the driver through and in store order customer! Won’t come back again!

No ketchup no pickles no lettuce on one but are present on the other burger. Ordered the same toppings for both. So disappointed. It happened not once but twice. I think some more training is needed.

They are so rude, not nice at all. Disrespectful. How do you always mess up my order? EVERY! SINGLE! TIME. This Harvey’s needs ethical people to work here. They have the most laziest people who can’t even garnish my burger properly! I ordered fish and chips (subbed the chips to a poutine) with Pepsi, ordered a veggie with cheese burger with large fries and a redbull watermelon frozen drink and 2 apple pies. I TOLD THEM I WANTED JALAPEÑOS, HOT PEPPER, CHIPOTLE, MUSTARD, HOT SAUCE & GHOST PEPPER SAUCE WHY DID THEY ONLY PUT CHIPOTLE!? I DONT even have the receipt to prove anything because they never give it to me. PLEASE BE AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION EVERYONE! THEY SUCK!
