  Today we had the worest purchase ever in this store. People whoever prepare the food to go are not in the mood of work at all. First round he completely missed the kids combo fries and chocolate milk, then we went back and ask for it. Then when kids open their burger, it is just bread and patty... we selcted the cucumber lettuce and tomatoes, none of them show up in the burger package... So we have to went back again and ask to add these veggies, told him 3 times whats missing there, and that person jeep asking again and again what do we need.... This is very disappointing and very frustrated, such a waste of time to run back and forth many times just to get the right order. Will skip this location for future purchase.

  Can’t get simple orders right… then gaslight you about what you ordered as if I didn’t order what I wanted… then they forget items you paid for.. I had to go back TWICE

  Rishiv and Abdul were great. Super funny, kind and food was great. 10/10 from the both of them. Manager is super nice and it was all around perfect. My only issue is what I think to be the franchise owner, my god hes annoying. Hes speaking so loud while im trying to eat talking about trying to be apple, and spouting BS that is completely untrue generally, sounding like the biggest nepo baby whos never ran a buissness before. He was smoking cigarettes outside, on property beside the drive threw, and came in and made the inside smell like cigarettes, it was disgusting and I think its fair for me to say that I dont want to eat while it smells like that. Also, he took the ONLY place to charge your devices with his 2000 laptop and bags. Being the franchise owner making it smell like cigarettes, im sure the least you could do is pre-charge your devices and not take the ONLY outlet in the ENTIRE dining area. Or better idea, just go to the back which he later did but only after making the one outlet area smell. disgusting, loud, obnoxious. Even though I love the staff, I hate whoever that was. I will not be eating here again if hes here. I am a long time customer for many years.

  To the owner of this establishment, I came at 3:30 on Monday April 13th 2026. The girl at the window I believe her name was Leila is the most nicest and professional individual I have seen work in customer service in very long time. I cannot believe how happy she truly is and how she shows it everytime I come to eat here. Please give her some sort of recognition and tell her she is doing an amazing job because truly she deserves.

  So I have to say the new little chicken burger is really bad. The Junior Chicken from McDonalds is so much better. The Harvey’s version is bland, tasteless, and boring, plus the chicken itself seemed horribly over minced and processed. I typically really like Harvey’s, and the drive-thru service is excellent but this little chicken sandwich entirely disappoints! Despite the $3 price, it’s a big thumbs down.
