  Worst service ever. I ordered through Uber Eats from this location, and my order was given to the wrong delivery driver. When I called the store, the staff member told me that the driver picked up the wrong order and that they handed it out without checking the Order ID. When I asked whether they verified the order on the driver’s phone, I was told, “No, we don’t have access to it,” which makes no sense. I spent $60 on this order. If a mistake was made, the responsibility was on the store to contact me and resolve it. Instead, I was left waiting for almost two hours, watching multiple delivery drivers repeatedly show up to pick up an order that was already gone. The order was never cancelled, and no one from the store had the decency to call and inform me of the issue. Completely unacceptable service and a total lack of accountability.

  Always love the food, but today. The chicken was really dry. It was overcooked , way overcooked. So dry!!!!!! 30 wings I ordered, we ate 4 wings and rest went to the trash can. Such waste. I was really looking forward to this, but 50$ wasted. Only good thing was ranch and the mangohabanero sauce, that was on the paper at the bottom of container. I placed order around 7 pm.

  AMAZING service! Alek was very sweet and helpful. It was our first time visiting wingstop and were confused about what flavours to pick. She offered us multiple flavours to taste to help us decide. Very helpful and patient. Highly recommend visiting this location !

  I had a great experience at Wingstop Heartland thanks to Kushpreet. She was super friendly, patient, and made sure my order was perfect. Even during a busy time, she stayed professional and welcoming, which really stood out. The service was quick, and she made the whole experience enjoyable. Customer service like this makes a big difference definitely deserves recognition. I’ll be back for sure!

  I ordered 3 tenders with Voodoo fries and an extra ranch off the website to be delivered to my work for lunch. I ordered my fries extra well done and received them the exact opposite! They were literally cold and raw. The chicken tenders were BURNT, cold, dry and had almost no rub on them at all and to top it all off I didnt get my ranch to dip!!! I called the store directly and it took 3 different people for me to find someone who could speak to me about my issue. I was also told that they have "no manager" by Fabiam who has horrible customer service skills and a poor attitude. Not once was I even told "Im sorry about your experience" instead he told me to go send an email and someone will get back to me at a later date.
