  Just Stopped by to grab dinner and was pleasantly surprised by the hospitality. Gurpreet greeted me as soon as I entered and for a fast food location, he has the most wonderful demeanour. His coworker was helping in the kitchen, and I had my order ready to go in less than 10 minutes. It was neatly packed and properly garnished as shown on the pictures. I ordered the Cajun burger combo with the sea salt chips. Gurpreet even asked if I needed a refill on my drink before leaving. This level of customer service is unseen and unmatched and this has shaped my first experience with Wayback burgers! Wish you all the success and will be back again👏🏼

  We tried this place for the first time and were blown away. I love a clean restaurant because it is a reflection of how their kitchen would be. The burgers and poutine were perfect - right amount of food, toppings, gravy and cheese. And of course, food tastes 100 x better when dining-in. The service was impressive and the price very reasonable compared to many places out there. We strongly recommend you give this place a try - you won’t regret it. We will come back for sure!

  First time here. We did a take out order. Walked in and were the only customers. Staff were very friendly. Surprisingly it took almost 30 minutes to get our food. The burgers were good but we did find the onions were barely noticeable in taste as they were copped finely and not much was put on the burger. Taste was good. Fries were standard. I did like that the place was very clean. I would try again

  My first visit October 2025 I have driven by this place many of times I recently saw an ad on Facebook having a special on their classic burger so I decided to come visit and check out this franchise. The restaurant was clean nicely decorated service as I rated a two star no personality whatsoever no welcoming actually pretty sad for a new restaurant I thought I would’ve had a much more inviting experience however I did place the order and was specific about the items that I wanted on the order paid and sat down. I should note that the store was completely empty not a customer in there after waiting about 10 minutes I was presented my burger in a takeout bag, and I proceeded to leave the store when I got in my car I took the burger out of the package and the first thing I noticed that my order was incorrect having to then go back to the store to which basically changed the top of the bun and the items that I didn’t want on The burger they just scraped off and then gave me the burger back and then I left got in my car, realized that that’s what they had done instead of making me a new burger so right after that the taste wasn’t there and the burger was cold so can’t say my first experience was that of one that I would recommend or return
