I ordered a Tom Yum noodle soup, and the flavor was completely different from what I’ve had at other Thai Express locations – to the point where I honestly wondered if they gave me the wrong dish. The broth tasted off and lacked the usual Tom Yum profile entirely. When I asked for chili because the soup wasn’t spicy at all, the staff give me a green pepper sauce with clear reluctance. After adding it, there was still zero heat. I went back to request proper chili and specifically said I did not want the same sauce again. Despite that, they gave me the same sweet, non-spicy chili mix. At this point it felt like the staff either didn’t care or simply refused to listen. The whole experience was frustrating, the service was dismissive, and the food quality was far below the standard of the brand. I will not be returning to this location.

The staff attitude wasn’t friendly either, which made the whole experience worse. I noticed the Google rating is 2.4, and after trying the food, I can understand why. Hope the restaurant can seriously improve both the flavor and the service.
