To the mgmt: action items requiring immediate correction: Lousy customer service - I don't need to feel I'm bothering your workers, and that is the tone I get while they are at work and are supposed to be doing THEIR JOB. lack of listening and speaking skills - self explanatory. Some staff are also rude and have no customer experience. Saw a girl almost in tears because she ordered vegetarian bean burrito, they gave her beef, and they refused to correct it and said they'd have to charge her more.
