I’ve had extras that I’ve paid for not be added to the order or just whole items missing. Without fault there's always something they miss or maybe the employees just don't care enough to complete the order. Do not leave without checking to make sure they did their job correctly. Unfortunately this should not be the responsibility of the customer. Won’t waste my time here again.

- PPPrashant PrajapatiJan 25, 20261.0If i could I would give the store negative reviews, would not recommend at all , I ordered from the drive thru during the heavy snowfall and was in hurry that did not checked the order correctly, first of all they missed on the drinks i ordered like a minute before and they were so confused and looking at me as such I didn’t ordered anything, top of it they forgot to get the loaded fries pocket, and there wasn’t much to forgot in the order as it was 4 things all together. I called to just make them realize that they messed up my order and instead of being apologetic they were just arguing that they did not forget any thing. I wasn’t gonna complain about it first but them giving excuses is just too much. In service industry please hire someone who can be good with communication skills. Never going back the worst Taco bell.
