- LTLori TFeb 6, 20261.0Ordered delivery. I know not to expect much from Taco Bell but this was utterly disappointing. Ordered three different Luxe boxes. Not one of them was correct. They were different and none of them were labeled so could not tell which ones were which. Not helpful at all when one of them was supposed to be a not meat option. One of the boxes was missing half of the stuff entirely... including the chips and guacamole as the side. Missing completely... as was one of the soft tacos that should have been included. Just missing entirely. The bags the order came in even had signatures on it saying they had double checked the order. Clearly not. The other ones have the wrong options. Also ordered mild sauces with everything and received hot and fire instead. Ordered the drinks with no ice. All three of them came with ice. The french fries that were sent with these boxes contained maybe 16 French fries. If that. Taco Bell needs to hire people that speak English. Read english. And can follow directions. These orders are printed out right in front of them and they still screwed it up.
