Our waitress was Arlene. She has served us on many occasions. Always attentive, kind and always smiling. Always makes sure we have anything we need and more. I always enjoy being served by Arlene as she makes it a great experience. She is extremely good with us and extremely great in her job. Deserves a 10 star.

I eat a lot of Swiss chalet, but this one you can hear the manager talking bad in the back when I asked I didn’t want peppers in my food. She was making fun of the customer and talking shit to the staff about people she needs to be happy and think good about others i’ll never come back to this Swiss Shelly again other than that this was the manager. The rest are fine. Staff is amazing they work but manager highly disappointing 👎🏻
- EKE KFeb 12, 20265.0Lovely experience from the reception to the server Bosiljika. Bosiljika made us feel special. She gave us attention and very soft spoken and very patient. The honey garlic quarter chicken i had was so deliciously. The ambience of the place feel homey.
