- SSSoheila1 day ago1.0Unfortunately, we did not have a good experience at this restaurant. Yesterday, we visited with friends, and after being seated, the server approached us in a very indifferent manner, asked what we would like to drink, and while we were still explaining our order, walked away to attend to the table behind us. When our food arrived, the French fries were clearly old and had been sitting in oil for too long. We asked for them to be replaced, but noticed that the same fries were simply reheated in the microwave and brought back. After complaining again, they were finally replaced. Throughout the meal, the server paid very little attention to our table. What made the experience even more unpleasant was seeing the same server treating the table behind us very warmly and politely, with smiles and friendly service. This felt disrespectful and unprofessional. We would like to add that we are regular customers and visit Swiss Chalet almost every week. It is usually one of our go-to places, and we often try different locations. That is why this experience was especially disappointing. We expect equal, respectful service for all customers and hope management takes this feedback seriously.

We came for dinner yesterday Jan 07/2026 7.15 pm we ordered 2 cream of potato with chicken soup, it was absolutely delicious, nice and creamy. We ordered full Rack of Ribs and Double Leg dinner, the meal.was very good, and tender.

After I got home, I had severe stomach pain and vomiting. Food quality and safety should be a priority. I will not be repeating this experience.
- AVAnjali VyasDec 18, 20251.0Very poor packaging; ordered worth 700 CAD 22 combos instead of packing them as combo they just dumped everything into couple bags for us to segregate and find out what is what; i have ordered food with 5 diffrent sauce and there was no information about sauce on the box hence we had to open each and every box to find out; eventaully everyone had what they could find from the boxes. i would never order food again from atleast this location. upon complaint to managers says this is what their standard is; quite disappointed
