It was labelled Saturday.. meaning made on or best before?? Not sure. We ordered on a Friday.. still a lose lose if you ask me.

However while waiting for our food I asked for a booth as one had opened up and the maître D just ignored me several times as I tried to get her attention. The food took forever to come out and the chicken wasn’t even cooked properly. I’ve been here many times before but this was the worst. The waiters need to pay attention to the guests trying g to get their attention

We did curb side pickup and sat waiting almost 40 minutes, after confirming our arrival, before I finally went inside. The woman working looked confused, realized it was a curb side order, and didn’t even apologize or say much at all for that matter.. Just stared.. When we got home, the only good thing was the bottles of pop.. My roll was literally rock hard, like a hockey puck, and the rest of the meal just was not up to basic standard. Last time we ordered from here, we actually had something taken off our bill because the sandwich was soggy, to the point the bun was like sopping wet in grease… The fries were ice cold.. Decided to give them another shot as it’s close to home but it was just as disappointing. Only nice part of the night was the friendly host at the front door. Unfortunately, this location has gone downhill — definitely won’t be coming back.

Katarina was absolutely amazing, super friendly, attentive, and made the whole experience feel special with my mom and myself. You can tell she genuinely cares about her guests. We’ll definitely be coming back more often and will be asking for Katarina every time. Thank you for the wonderful service, you truly made our visit special.
