The two girls working were extremely rude. They refused to remake the sandwich, saying “bread count hunda,” and kept insisting on their “policy” while giving zero customer service. They treated other customers nicely but treated me as if my issue did not matter. They refused to call the manager, refused a refund, and ignored me completely while serving other customers. I stood there asking for help and got no solution at all. This is not how a professional Subway should operate. I will be filing a formal complaint with Subway Corporate.
