- PKPrabhleen KaurJul 26, 20251.0Went to Subway and found out they didn’t have any veggie patties, which was already frustrating. We clearly told them we only wanted a veggie patty, but they still put the bread in the oven and insisted we go ahead with just a veggie-only sandwich. When we hesitated, they pressured us into buying it and even said “because of you, we wasted a sandwich.” That was unprofessional and made us feel extremely uncomfortable. We ended up paying for something we didn’t want. Poor service, lack of communication, and zero respect for customer preferences. Definitely not going back to this location.

When they finally told me there was no veggie patty, I refused to take it. But they insisted, saying I had to take it because otherwise the bread would be wasted. They literally forced me to take it, saying, “You have to take it, our bread is going to waste.” When there’s no veggie patty in a Veggie Subway, what’s the point of the taste? Just imagine — I ended up paying for plain bread. They were extremely rude and had a bad attitude. This was the worst experience of my life at any Subway. I will never go there again, and I will not recommend anyone to visit this Subway.
