  Went to Subway and found out they didn’t have any veggie patties, which was already frustrating. We clearly told them we only wanted a veggie patty, but they still put the bread in the oven and insisted we go ahead with just a veggie-only sandwich. When we hesitated, they pressured us into buying it and even said “because of you, we wasted a sandwich.” That was unprofessional and made us feel extremely uncomfortable. We ended up paying for something we didn’t want. Poor service, lack of communication, and zero respect for customer preferences. Definitely not going back to this location.

  I ordered a Veggie Subway, but they didn’t have the veggie patty. They didn’t inform me beforehand and just put the bread in the oven without telling me. When they finally told me there was no veggie patty, I refused to take it. But they insisted, saying I had to take it because otherwise the bread would be wasted. They literally forced me to take it, saying, “You have to take it, our bread is going to waste.” When there’s no veggie patty in a Veggie Subway, what’s the point of the taste? Just imagine — I ended up paying for plain bread. They were extremely rude and had a bad attitude. This was the worst experience of my life at any Subway. I will never go there again, and I will not recommend anyone to visit this Subway.

I ordered a sandwich and it was made carelessly – completely opposite of what I asked for. The ingredients were thrown together with no attention to detail, and it looked like they didn’t even try to make it properly. I’ve given them multiple chances thinking it was just a one-off mistake, but clearly, it’s a pattern. It’s frustrating to pay for something and not get what you ordered – especially when it happens repeatedly. Poor service, poor food prep, and no care for customer satisfaction. Definitely not going back to this location again.

  Amazing customer service and food preparation by Navdeep kaur. I come here specially because of their polite and sweet behaviour. They smile and great you even late at night. The subway they make is so amazing, better than I have had anywhere else probably because they put emotions.I always visit only this subway in my life because the staff is very brilliant.
