Today there were two people working, including the regular woman who’s usually there, and she did an amazing job training a new hire. She’s always so friendly, patient, and compassionate — not just with customers, but clearly with her coworkers too. It’s genuinely a pleasure to see her every time I come in. And tonight I got extra lucky because the cookies were freshly baked — still warm when I got them! Absolutely made my night. Consistently great service and a welcoming atmosphere every visit.
