When I pointed it out, she kept arguing and said it was two scoops. I asked her to put the chicken back into the scoop to check, and it was clearly one scoop. After that, she threw the chicken into the sandwich very disrespectfully, like garbage. She rushed through the order, and when I asked for extra onions, she said, “It’s already extra, I can’t put more,” and refused. She also refused to chop the vegetables and was extremely rude throughout the interaction. This is not the level of service expected from this brand. Very disappointing experience at 5985 Mavis Road. I will not be returning.
