    I went to this subway today, the girl there named “komal” had no courtesy of customer service at all. She was very rude and dismissive. She was on a phone call constantly talking with someone on the phone. Also, her phone kept ringing when making the sandwich. Even after telling her that we would like to customize our order she didnt listen and kept doing it on her own. The bread was completely stale and has cracks in it very hard to chew and the vegetables was freezing cold. After confronting it to her, she was very rude and said I just baked it two hours ago which clearly was a lie and also, said everyone comes here no one complained you are first one. She didnt even gave me manager number or the customer service number. I seriously didnt expect this level of customer service from this subway as I usually go there. But for sure, I am not going back in because of the staff rudeness and the level of service they provide.

    I ordered a Veggie Footlong through the Subway app about 1–2 days ago from this location, and it was a terrible experience. We picked up the order within 20 minutes, yet the sandwich was freezing cold- not just cool, but straight-from-the-refrigerator cold. My teeth were literally freezing while eating it. It honestly felt like the sandwich was made much earlier and stored in a fridge or freezer instead of being freshly prepared. Because we were hungry, we had no option but to eat it. Unfortunately, after that, we ended up with food poisoning. This is extremely distressing and raises serious concerns about the health and safety standards being followed at this location. I usually avoid ordering from unfamiliar Subway franchises, and this experience reminded me why. Food quality and customer health should never be compromised. If a restaurant cannot serve fresh, safe food, it should not be operating at all. Please don’t play with people’s health. This was the worst service I’ve experienced at a Subway, and I will never order from this location again.

    This restaurant is totally disgusting they dont know how to talk to people and how to treat. Totally unprofessional management should take an action and give your employees lesson regarding customer service.
