  No need to call this restaurant for the cancellation of mistakenly placed order. Because I did same thing they said we don’t have time to answer the calls and we can’t cancel the order.

  On google we can see that if we want to cancel our order we have to call immediately to the restaurant.Normally my husband used to place the order from this location but today he was in Toronto and forgot to edit the location. Right away he tried to contact the restaurant but they didn’t answer his call. He tried six times and when they answered they said its your mistake we can’t do anything.

  2 pieces of black olives and 1 jalapeño is some crazy work 😂 Order a crunch sandwich but got normal teryaki sandwich 4 stars bcoz the food still tastes good and fresh

  Absolutely unacceptable experience at the Subway located at 7125 Goreway Dr, Mississauga, ON. On February 22, 2026 at approximately 8:45 PM, I placed an order (Order #B1F56EE4-ED). I ordered a footlong sandwich (BOGO), and after eating only about 3–4 inches, I noticed the bread was extremely hard and seemed stale. When I politely brought this to the staff’s attention, instead of handling the situation professionally, I was accused of “coming here to get free food.” This was extremely disrespectful and completely inappropriate. I was not asking for free food — I was simply raising a legitimate concern about food quality. Instead of resolving the issue properly, the two girls argued with me and my wife and offered only a partial replacement while even suggesting reusing the same patty, which raises serious hygiene concerns. This experience showed a clear lack of professionalism and customer service standards. Customers deserve to be treated with respect when bringing forward genuine concerns. Very disappointing experience.

  Being busy should never be an excuse for not preparing an order correctly. This is the second time happen. Better try other subway. I was busy and didn’t have time to come to the store—that’s why I ordered for delivery. Expecting me to drop everything just to “confirm” my complaint is completely unreasonable. One of your employees said they are too busy to make order properly —so don’t act smart. If the buy one get one free deal is being offered, i am paying for that. Your customers are paying you; maybe it’s time to learn how to actually serve them.
