  I had a very disappointing experience at this Subway location. I visited around 6 PM, and the lady working the evening shift was extremely rude and unprofessional. She clearly did not know how to speak to customers and had a very unpleasant attitude throughout the interaction. Unfortunately, I didn’t get her name, but the way she handled the service was unacceptable. I expect basic courtesy and customer service, especially from a well-known brand like Subway. Definitely not returning to this location.

  I ordered Subway online from this location and specifically mentioned five different sauces in my order. When I received the sandwich, not a single sauce was added. I called to ask what happened, and the staff member simply said, "Nothing was mentioned." First of all, if there really was an issue with the online order not showing the sauces (which I highly doubt), the right way to handle it is not to blame the customer — it’s to listen, apologize, and offer a solution. As a paying customer, I expect at least basic courtesy and accountability. I didn’t just spend my money—I wasted my time and ended up with a dry, flavorless sandwich that I couldn’t enjoy. If you’re running a food business, you need to double-check orders and treat your customers with respect, especially when they are trying to calmly explain what went wrong. This was a disappointing experience, and I won’t be ordering from this location again. Fix your process, train your staff, and treat customers better.
