- TTToddDec 21, 20251.0Worker cut her finger while cutting my bread (minor cut, but with blood). While she was tending to her injury she left the bread on the prep station, the other worker stepped over to start marking my sub with the same bread. (There is a chance she didn’t see what happened) however when I told her I would like new bread because the other worker cut her finger she took the bread in question and was going to put it back with the other bread. She had to be told to throw it away instead of keeping to serve to another customer. You need some serious review of food handling protocols.

She clearly did not know how to speak to customers and had a very unpleasant attitude throughout the interaction. Unfortunately, I didn’t get her name, but the way she handled the service was unacceptable. I expect basic courtesy and customer service, especially from a well-known brand like Subway. Definitely not returning to this location.

I called to ask what happened, and the staff member simply said, "Nothing was mentioned." First of all, if there really was an issue with the online order not showing the sauces (which I highly doubt), the right way to handle it is not to blame the customer — it’s to listen, apologize, and offer a solution. As a paying customer, I expect at least basic courtesy and accountability. I didn’t just spend my money—I wasted my time and ended up with a dry, flavorless sandwich that I couldn’t enjoy. If you’re running a food business, you need to double-check orders and treat your customers with respect, especially when they are trying to calmly explain what went wrong. This was a disappointing experience, and I won’t be ordering from this location again. Fix your process, train your staff, and treat customers better.
