This week alone I have had to return one delivery order and two pickup orders for the exact same issue. The do not follow instructions for toppings, they throw the sub together, they miss ingredients. You would think after the first 2 issues in one week they would learn, but here I am as we speak fixing the same issue for the third time explaining to them like I am speaking a foreign language. The fall of service level at this location should be studied.
