I live close to the location, so I returned and ask them to add the missing elements, but flat out refused. All this happened within the span on 15 minutes including driving home and back to the restaurant. I didn't ask for a refund - I simply asked them to fix the order. The subway worker could see the missing ingredients! This is customer service at its worst. DO NOT VISIT THE LOCATION AT FOWLER - WORSE EXPERIENCE EVER! EDIT (August 21): Thank you for replying and I am quoting your reply in this response: "As order was made with accuracy and our staff showed you the receipt, which confirmed that one of the subs didn't include lettuce because it wasn't part of the original order. The other two subs had lettuce added as requested." In your reply, you stated I did not ask for lettuce in one of my subs. Completely wrong as I requested lettuce in ALL THREE OF MY SUBS. Thanks to the digital age, I've now added a receipt of yesterday's order, which shows lettuce was requested on ALL THREE SUBS. The receipt is dated (Aug. 20) and shows your location (Fowler). Thank you for your comment, which CONFIRMS your sub maker left out the lettuce when it was part of the order. I have also have print screen your response in the event you edit/delete it. To be clear, no lettuce was included in any of the chicken subs (I ordered 2). No, I did not ask for all three subs to be remade - that is a lie. I only asked for your worker to fix the incorrect subs.
