This Subway location is the best in my opinion.
We had the vegetarian 6inch on Italian bread.
The staff member Jigar who helped us remembered us from last time.
JIGAR was very friendly, polite and took extra care when making our subway.

Ordered a sandwich it was decent. I went to fill up a drink from the machine from my personal water bottle and the lady said “her manager said not to fill up drinks you have to buy it.” Just spent $20 on two subs and I cant even fill up my water bottle. What a greedy owner. All they care about is money apparently

I had such a great experience at this Subway! My sub was made perfectly—fresh bread, generous toppings, and packed with flavor. The staff were welcoming and paid attention to all the little details, which made the visit even better. You can really tell they care about their customers. This location quickly become my favorite spot for a quick, tasty meal

I ordered 3 subs and they were missing ingredients and incorrectly filled (I.e. missing lettuce). I live close to the location, so I returned and ask them to add the missing elements, but flat out refused. All this happened within the span on 15 minutes including driving home and back to the restaurant. I didn't ask for a refund - I simply asked them to fix the order. The subway worker could see the missing ingredients! This is customer service at its worst. DO NOT VISIT THE LOCATION AT FOWLER - WORSE EXPERIENCE EVER!
EDIT (August 21): Thank you for replying and I am quoting your reply in this response:
"As order was made with accuracy and our staff showed you the receipt, which confirmed that one of the subs didn't include lettuce because it wasn't part of the original order. The other two subs had lettuce added as requested."
In your reply, you stated I did not ask for lettuce in one of my subs. Completely wrong as I requested lettuce in ALL THREE OF MY SUBS. Thanks to the digital age, I've now added a receipt of yesterday's order, which shows lettuce was requested on ALL THREE SUBS. The receipt is dated (Aug. 20) and shows your location (Fowler). Thank you for your comment, which CONFIRMS your sub maker left out the lettuce when it was part of the order. I have also have print screen your response in the event you edit/delete it.
To be clear, no lettuce was included in any of the chicken subs (I ordered 2). No, I did not ask for all three subs to be remade - that is a lie. I only asked for your worker to fix the incorrect subs.
