    Would like to point out that they do not give you the option to opt out of tipping, and then try to hide the tip in your final pricing! When confronted, they tried gaslighting my partner and saying he pressed a button, when all he did was tap his card when told to on the machine. When he tried to show them again, to prove it on a new receipt, they just cancelled the transaction so they wouldn’t be caught!! Grab your receipts folks - 15% was auto tipped without our knowledge or consent! The option NEVER appeared on the screen prior to asking for payment.

    I want to give a big shout-out to Reet at Subway. She was extremely friendly, welcoming, and very patient while making my order. She prepared my sandwich perfectly and paid attention to every detail. Her positive attitude and smile made my visit really enjoyable. Thank you, Reet, for the amazing service!     I had a great experience at this Subway location! The employee who helped me,Reet was extremely friendly, patient, and attentive. They made sure my sandwich was exactly how I wanted it and worked quickly even though the store was busy. Everything was fresh, clean, and well-prepared. It’s always nice to be served by someone who genuinely cares about their work and customer satisfaction. Excellent service — I’ll definitely be coming back!

    Absolutely the worst subway experience of my life. Why is it that this place is “24 Hours” and yet all three employees are on their break at the same time?? The amount of money this location lost was ridiculous. The service was terrible. We arrived and were told it would be a 20 minute wait because it “ was the next business day” so what the heck does that even mean when it’s 24 hours, not only that but it was not 20 minutes. We waited nearly a damn hour for a mid sub. They were distracted with eachother, and were not understanding anyone’s orders, I wanted it not toasted because my drive home was long and they still toasted it. Not a good experience for a first timer in Toronto. 0/5 - food -100000 / 5 - service 0/5 atmosphere

    I recently visited Subway at Terminal 3 Arrivals, and I was extremely impressed by both the food quality and the level of service. After a long journey, finding a place that offers fresh food and warm hospitality is truly refreshing. A very special mention goes to Ruinder Kaur, who provided exceptional customer service. From the moment I approached the counter, she greeted me with a genuine smile and positive attitude. She patiently helped me choose my sandwich ingredients, made great suggestions, and prepared everything with care and attention to detail. What stood out most was her kindness and professionalism — she made sure my order was exactly as I wanted, checked on every detail, and even took a moment to make sure I was happy with my meal. It’s rare to find staff so dedicated and pleasant, especially in a busy airport environment. Thank you, Ruinder, for making my experience such a positive one. Your friendly nature and commitment to good service represent Subway in the best possible way. I’ll definitely return and recommend this location to other travellers!
