Today, when I was placing my order for a sandwich, I requested a foot-long sandwich but asked for it to be cut into two, and they made me two identical sandwiches. When I got to the cashier, she picked up one sandwich, and I tried to let her know that the other one was also mine. Unfortunately, she ended up charging me for two 6-inch sandwiches. I requested the receipt and pointed out that I had asked for a foot-long sandwich, so I shouldn't have been charged for two (which is more expensive). However, the cashier refused to issue a refund, and said she confirmed with me I ordered two 6“ inch sandwiches. It was quite disappointing.
