I ordered through Uber Eats and asked for green peppers, cheddar cheese, well-done, and a handful of toppings on a large pizza. What I got was nothing close. There were no green peppers, no cheddar cheese (just extra regular cheese thrown on), the pizza was not well-done, and they even skipped the pepperonccini pepper they usually send and the free garlic dipping sauce. When I called the store, the person who picked up had no idea what I was talking about and seemed completely unprepared to handle the call. I was told that their “company policy” doesn’t allow pepperonccini peppers or garlic dip on Uber Eats orders. If that’s true, then why are you even on Uber Eats? If you can’t provide the same items to all customers, that’s just straight-up unfair and misleading. This entire order felt careless and unprofessional from start to finish. If this is how they treat delivery customers, then they need to fix their system or stop offering delivery through third-party apps. But i have a picture saying side items

Called the store and informed them they can send them to me or they can send a new order and I will fully return the once received. They declined and said the manager only approved extra dipping sauce on my next order. I informed them that we need the sauce and the peppers today and don’t mind waiting. They refused and said this is what our manager (Sachen) approved. What a service.
