- BOBan Obaid3 days ago1.0Came to this location to collect my birthday bakery item based on the email that was sent to me by Panera. It didn't say anything about my location US or CAN. When I went to the Heartland location I was on the old US email notifications and asked me to download the Canadian app and will honour the birthday item but once I did that and he scanned my new card told me he cant honour it and will have to wait 2 weeks for it to show up in my app this offer. So why did you ask me to sign up on the spot and hold up the line? He just wanted the sign up and scanned it to make it count for him a "sign up". absolute rubbish customer service. I deleted the app and unsubscribed from Panera that was once a respectable place!
- BLBrooke Lukasik6 days ago3.0food was good but overpriced- $50 for two people. alot of the stuff is also premade and in bags, not made fresh everyday. also heard the manager going off on the teenage employees with snarky comments instead of asserting authority properly. not really how a manager should behave (especially in front of clients). sounded like a teenager herself. to be fair, the employees forgot about the dressing andm messed up our soups ... the place is kept clean, though ! and i appreicate the shelf of yesterday's baked goods that sell for a few bucks per large bag :)
