  You know after a long day of traveling, sometimes you just want some food and an ice cold beer regardless of the temperature outside. Well that’s exactly what Lathija provided for us here, along with her attentiveness in a busy atmosphere, we were able to satiate our hunger and quench our thirst all while receiving great service and great recommendations from Lathija.

  We had such a great experience at Montana’s! Their wings were perfectly crispy and full of flavor. The steak and ribs were incredibly juicy and tender. The steak was so soft and easy to chew. Everything was cooked just right. Our server Lathija was very kind and attentive. She kept checking on us to make sure everything was okay and that we were enjoying our meal. The manager, Jas, was also very respectful and welcoming, which made the experience even better. We were looking for a good steak restaurant after having a bad experience somewhere else, and we’re so happy we chose Montana’s. We’re truly satisfied and will definitely be visiting again soon!!!!

  I recently celebrated my birthday at Montana’s, and it was such an amazing experience! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere felt warm, lively, and welcoming. The food was delicious, perfectly cooked, and full of flavour — exactly what you’d hope for when celebrating something special. What truly made the night unforgettable was my incredible server, Jatin. He went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and appreciated. Jatin was attentive, friendly, and genuinely kind, always checking in at the right moments without being overwhelming. When he found out it was my birthday, he made sure it felt like a real celebration, bringing such positive energy to the table. Thanks to Jatin and the whole team at Montana’s, my birthday dinner was memorable and full of great vibes. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone looking for great food and even better service!

  ​"Shannon is the GOAT—Best experience at Montana’s hands down!" ​I don’t usually take the time to write long-winded reviews, but after my recent visit to Montana’s, I felt it was absolutely necessary to give credit where credit is due. If you’re planning on stopping by, do yourself a favor and head straight for the bar area to see if Shannon is working. ​The Service: From the second we sat down, Shannon was on top of everything. You know how some places feel rushed or like you’re just another number? Not here. Shannon has this incredible ability to manage a packed bar while still making you feel like her only customer. She’s quick with the refills, has a great sense of humor, and actually knows the menu inside and out. It’s rare to find a bartender who is both efficient and genuinely person-centered, but she nails it. ​The Drinks: I asked for a recommendation, and Shannon didn't disappoint. Whether you’re looking for a perfectly poured draft or one of their signature cocktails, she treats every drink like a craft project. My drink was balanced, cold, and arrived in record time. You can tell she takes pride in her workspace because the bar was spotless. ​The Food: We leaned on Shannon’s suggestions for the food too, and she steered us right. We went with the Antler-Sized Nachos to start (insane portion size!) and the oven-roasted ribs. Everything came out piping hot. The ribs were literally falling off the bone, and the BBQ sauce had that perfect smoky kick Montana’s is known for. ​The Vibe: The atmosphere at this location is always cozy and rugged, but Shannon really elevates the "lodge" vibe. She makes the place feel like a neighborhood hangout where everyone is welcome. It’s the kind of service that turns a casual Tuesday dinner into the highlight of your week. ​Verdict: Great food and cold drinks are one thing, but it’s the people that keep you coming back. Shannon is an absolute rockstar and a huge asset to the Montana’s team. If the management is reading this: give that girl a raise! ​I’ll definitely be back, and I’m specifically asking for Shannon’s section next time. 10/10, highly recommend! CHEERS SHANNON!

  **★☆☆☆☆** I am someone who loves write reviews I do them at every location I visit & usually I have a great experience & write something positive. After the evening we had unfortunately this will be my first time writhing not only a negative review but a 1-star one. We had a very disappointing experience at Montana's BBQ & Bar - 60 Courtneypark Dr E last night. The customer service from our server (who failed to identify herself with us) (later on found our her name is Lathija from the recipt) was extremely poor from start to finish. It took about 30 minutes just to receive water, and by then we were already hungry and waiting eagerly to place our order. When the food finally arrived, it took nearly 20 minutes for our entire table to be served. Several dishes were incorrect, undercooked, or missing items altogether. We ordered one of the signature cocktails, the Momma’s Lemonade, and found a fly in the drink. It was remade, but the overall experience had already been ruined. After we finished eating, we asked for the bill and waited over an hour just to receive the payment machine. While paying, I mentioned we were celebrating a special milestone and asked if they could do something small to acknowledge it (as many locations do for birthdays or celebrations). The server told us that’s not something they do. Service was consistently slow, and whenever we needed assistance, our server was nowhere to be found — we often had to go looking for her ourselves. As someone with experience in customer service and restaurant work, I can confidently say the staff need serious retraining. Overall, the lack of attention, long waits, and poor service made for a very frustrating dining experience. I would not recommend this location. P.S after we finished paying we realized we coild have had savings through our CAA membership & Scene but the server failed to mention that or remind her guest which I know is the first thing that generates on the screen for them but she didnt forget to pass us the terminal with the tip option loaded on the screen & after pur experience last night a tip was not on our minds, would not recommend this location.
