It seemed like the cashier didn't know how to find them in the system, so she simply said, 'We don't have McWrap!' Then, she immediately looked past me and said, 'How can I help you?' to the customer behind me in the queue, as if she were dismissively asking me to leave. Very unprofessional

When I asked counter and explained I received water that looked different, I was told it came from the same tap as orange cola. When I explained it's not what I asked for and it's not something I can drink, I was told that's what they provide. I asked why was it served to me then, and if they would drink it themselves. Apparently the staff said they do, and it's how water is served. I responded and told them no it's not and if they cannot provide regular water then they should have simply told me. I asked if they think this is acceptable, and I was told yes it is. I responded with Not in Canada, and walked away. They served me water which was undrinkable. I was receiving responses that were trying to justify providing me tinged water and trying to make it seem OK. It is not OK.
