  Manager is really rude and judgy. I was having a rough day and I didn’t look my best but I decided to get Mcdonald’s since I haven’t eaten all day. I’m sitting down and I see the manager eyeing me and talking about me to another worker. Suddenly she comes up to me and asks me to leave because I am distrusting the restaurant, when I’m only sitting at my seat minding my own business eating my burger. I told her I was sorry and I will leave when I eat my burger, and then she called security on me. This is the most discriminatory and disrespectful Mcdonalds I have ever been to. It is NOT a 5 star restaurant, it’s a Mcdonalds, and for the manager acting as if they’re the CEO of god knows what, you’re NOT. Also the side eyeing to your workers is VERY subtle. That is so unprofessional. Do better. It’s a Mcdonald’s not Gusto 101.

  Easy and fine after some shopping, it gives a boost after a tiresome walk and hard navigation in the store.

  Placed mobile order # 2111 today evening for table service on table 24 for medium coffee and heated muffin. Waited 15 minutes. No one showed up. Then my grandson went to counter and brought it for me. Then surpriginly muffin was not heated. My grandson went to counter for heating muffin, was standing for 15 minutes and no body cared for him. Ultimately when I confronted the manager, she said we are understaffed today. I asked her if understaffing is your manager's problem or customer's problem. Then she changed her tone and tried to be defensive and started apologising. At no point she accepted that it was a case of poor service standard. Such pathetic is their customer service. Really poor and disgusting customer service. These type of poor service isn't expected from a reputed company like Mcdonalds.

  The manager (Eilat) had amazing customer service. There was an issue with our order and he quickly fixed it without making a hassle and apologised and was very kind overall! Very pleased. Tasneem is also a wonderful employee, constantly checking up on us, making sure everything was OK. Great location!

  McDonald’s inside Walmart offers quick, convenient service with fresh food and consistent quality. Staff are friendly and efficient, making it a great stop for a fast meal or coffee while shopping. Clean seating area and fast order preparation make the experience smooth and satisfying.
