  Today we picked up a McDouble make it a Mac and nugget combo. Drove 20 mins home. No McDouble in the bag. Drove 20mins back cause we were charged for it. The employee couldnt have been nicer. Remade the order with a pie and drink to apologize. Checked the order before we left the store. However when we got home they made the McDouble a McChicken (mcChicken sauce & lettuce) not a Mac. So still wrong order. We didn’t bother to return to the store and won’t again.

  The staff was the worst, and they had absolutely no common sense. I customized my burger by adding onion and tomato, and even on the window, I asked her if she’d added all those extras since I’d paid extra. She said yes. When I opened it after reaching home, I was shocked to see that the tomato and onion were missing. I even asked her to make it fresh and well-done, but it wasn’t. Worst staff rude arrogant

  Great service at the front counter! I came in last week and The young man in the front Bilal was super friendly, patient, and professional. He took my order carefully, made sure everything was correct, and had a really positive attitude the whole time. It honestly made the visit much better than usual. Big shoutout to him for the great customer service definitely deserves recognition.

  I went on drive thru couple of days back. There was a girl with covered hair, specs and grey jacket on . She was very polite and hospitable. She asked me to park then came out to hand the order. I visited this location for the first time and loved visiting this place. I missed her name but she was amazing. The food was hot and fresh and drinks were given right away .

  This store is pretty decent place with clean washroom, the faucet & hand dryer also works. Lol But, the service is bad. I went in & the person behind the counter(Surya) is staring at me but not saying anything like, hello or what can I get you,nothing. I finally gave him my order and show him the McDonald's app to pay, he just pointed at the scanner as if he's telling me to scan it myself. I scanned & thanked him when he handed me my coffee, he still didn't speak a word to me and kept that rude look on his face. BAD BAD service!
