Put in a mobile order, staff had us go back through the drive through as our food wasn't ready yet. Took forever to receive food, then after waiting for food, they forgot items..

Worst mcdonalds i have ever been to. Very slow and confused staff. Even just one coffee on mobile order takes god damn 16 minutes for them. No management of how to serve who to serve first. Making half orders. Just worst experience in the morning

I went to this store on February 9th around 8:30am for a coffee and a muffin, at the time of taking my change I left my envelope with some money ( around $400), and I forgot, next week on February 16 at the same time I did go there and ask for if any body found that, they said that found it and handed over to me after verifying the amount , I was really surprised because of honesty, service , I specifically wanna pay gratitude to the front desk lady, Maldi and manpreet, other girl at front.their services are also amazing

I visited in evening and and I have to wait 20 mints for my order because there was a boy who was working too slow I don't know why this guys get jobs in busy places.

What a pathetic service. I placed a mobile order for a regular coffee to grab it quickly, however, I had to wait seven to eight minutes to get it. Other customers were waiting in line too, as the staff didn’t know which food items belonged to which orders, which caused delays
