The shift manager, Katrick, refused and claimed there is a “rule” that McDonald’s only provides 3 milk packets per coffee. I’ve been going to McDonald’s for over 20 years and have never heard of such a rule. What made this even more frustrating is that we counted the milk packets and were only given 19 total. If his own rule of 3 milks per coffee applied, we should have received 27. We pointed this out and asked for several minutes, but he continued to refuse. This was unnecessary, unfriendly, and poor customer service—especially from someone in a supervisory role. Very disappointing experience.
