Just got thru their drive which I do every now and then. The lady that took my order was nice. As I was waiting for my order, another lady knocked on my window and asked in a very rude way, “what are you waiting for?” I wouldn’t be waiting for anything except for my order right. So I said, my order. Then she goes did you already pay? Off course I did! I suppose this was the night manager. Even without any customer, and me just patiently waiting for my order, the audacity of her asking what I was waiting for!!! I am a very busy person and I would not have time to wait for nothing! Because of the lady that took my order I give this location a one star otherwise I would have given zero if that was an option. I noticed there are a lot of complaints about this night manager yet I suppose nothing has been done because she continues with that kind of person!

Serious Complaint – Insect Found in My Burger Hello, I am extremely disappointed and upset about my recent order. I ordered a burger from your restaurant, and when I opened it, I found an insect inside (it looked like a small cockroach or mosquito-type bug). This is completely unacceptable and very concerning. Food safety and hygiene should be your top priority. Finding an insect in my meal is shocking and disgusting. I am very unhappy with this experience. I expect a proper explanation and immediate action regarding this matter. If this issue is not taken seriously, I will consider taking further action.

I order from Uber Eats every night and the same thing which is Spicy Habanero Sandwich Combo and the workers at this store always mess it up. They cannot even make a sandwich properly. Sometimes, they forget Habanero sauce inside and the othe rtimes they forget to add ketcups. Worst Mcdonalds to every order from.
