  This is one of the worst McDonald I’ve been to. 50% of the tables were uncleaned, and we had to clean ourselves first. As in we had to soak tissue and clean it wet. And it’s out of tomatoes and lettuce at 9pm on a Saturday. We later ordered a flurry and never got it until we went to ask for it personally. The onion is almost non existent and there’s all too much pickle and juice on the burger. Just SO BAD.

  I ordered for 10 pc nuggets mobile order and picked in drive thru . After went home I just open the box they kept only 9 pcs . By believing your service each and every customer not checking the box at drive thru window by taking this an advantage they are not keeping the food properly.For this 1 chicken nugget I need to travel back and fight with them. Very poor service / lady in the Mike not even listen to me . They are trying push fast out without giving proper service .

  Visited this McDonald’s at 796 Burnhamthorpe Rd W recently and had a very serious issue. I ordered 2 McVeggie burgers (order #883) and discovered at home that both had bacon inside. My wife is strictly vegetarian for religious reasons, so this was not a small mistake – we couldn’t eat the food and it caused a lot of distress. I tried calling the store and no one answered. I submitted a complaint through McDonald’s and never received any response. On top of that, in a more recent order from the same location, a Filet-O-Fish was completely missing. Between getting meat in a vegetarian item and items missing from the bag, I’ve completely lost trust in this location. There seems to be very little attention to dietary restrictions or basic order accuracy. I won’t be ordering from this branch again

  To the owner! Yesterday crew need a raise (10th) food was nice hot and juicy best kfc I tasted in Canada.. today not so much.. while vegetables were fresh ( like not other kfc around) chicken was dry and cold.. you have the freshest produce but some shifts drying chicken to the bone 🙈nobody wants to pay for chicken that taste like wood

It’s dependable, convenient, and enjoyable every time, making it one of my go-to stops when I need a quick meal or snack.
