  Went to go order some food could hardly understand th person at the window I asked for 20 nuggets they said the machine was broken or couldn’t do it I imagine because it was so late but it is 24h and then after told me, it would be good in five minutes if I would wait, the uncertain answer on why the Nuggets could and then couldn’t be served The miscommunication had me decide that I would find somewhere else to get food and lost my business today. Heading to Wendy’s as I write this.

  Fully convinced I had a prank pulled on me because I refuse to believe management can hire such incompetent workers. I'll start off with mentioning how this location being beside a high school, is overcrowded during the lunch hour on weekdays, would recommend avoiding it unless you're okay with crowdedeness and delays. I went on a weekend hoping I'd be able to dodge this rush but was surprised with service that was even worse. I ordered 2 meals, 1 for me and my son (who is allergic to ingredientsin coke, this will be relevantlater), I'll start off with mine. I ordered a big mac, regular order with all the regular toppings and such, I was greeted with a burger (wont even mention the quality) that included bread, 1 slice of McDonald's cheese, and 2 small patties that were drenched in big mac sauce. Almost not edible (unless you love big mac sauce and soggy bread i suppose?!??). Moving on to worse part in my opinion, the drinks. This McDonald's when renovated, removed the refillable drinks station, which isnt the end of the world but you'd hope they'd hire employees capable of filling a drink correctly. Having ordered 2 iced teas, because as mentioned above, he has severe allergies to some ingredients in coca-cola. There is where it gets good. My son drank from his cup and suffered an allergic reaction that I am still treating at the moment after receiving medical attention. The incompetent worker who filled these (likely with their eyes closed) even went out the way to press down the "T" on the lid, I'll also assume it was their first day on the job and seeing that coke doesn't look like iced tea. Anywho, that's my expirianxe at this location. Of course there's been countless others, but this one definitely warranted a review. Definitely will not be returning, and if ever wanting McDonald's again, there's one not too far away at eglinton and Mavis that im sure would not be the cause of my son's allergic reaction. (I lost my receipt so I figured this was the best way to complain, the app seems too useless to contain order information after getting your order)
