  I was really excited to try the new Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Latte, but instead I was given a regular latte. I realized the mistake after the first sip itself, and by then I was already out of the store. What’s frustrating is that my order number was correct, yet the label on the cup said “regular latte,” which shows the order was not checked properly. This completely ruined the experience, and I wasted money on a drink I didn’t even order. Very disappointed with the lack of attention to orders. I won’t be visiting again.

  We have purchased 4 fillet Fish combo & 1 egg n cheese McMfn & 1 fudge Sundae, we had asked for coke & Spirit, the cashier told us we don't have these drinks, we have only Orange drink. So we said Ok fine give us 4 Orange drink. Floor was so dirty look like never clean. We took our order and eat at home, burgers quality was so bad & orange drink is so bad in taste, I think that is worst orange drink we had it. We had through it in drain. The overall quality was so bad and We must say that this is not the quality of McDonald.

  I visited this McDonald’s location today to order a Big Mac meal, but unfortunately my experience was disappointing. The restaurant did not appear to be well maintained, and the washroom was unusable due to a spill that had not been cleaned. When placing my order, I was informed that several drink options were unavailable, leaving only a limited selection. The burger itself was average and seemed to be served cold. On a positive note, the portion of fries was generous and helped satisfy my hunger. While waiting for my order, I noticed a food delivery being made for an employee rather than a customer, which raised some concerns about how operations are managed during service hours. Overall, the cleanliness and service at this location did not meet expectations, and I will likely choose a different location in the future.

  I don’t always come to this location but it’s nearby. Every time I come here though, I get parked and my order is wrong. I’m waiting with 4 other cars. I only ordered to McGriddles so my order isn’t large but for some reason I’ve been waiting 10 minutes already.

  Check your orders from this location. Dine-in, drive-thru, or delivery. They just can't seem to get their orders right. There's always parts of meals missing. Particularly bad with delivery. Missing items is almost guaranteed. Sometimes whole meals. Manage your expectations - even for fast food, unfortunately.
