I am a Muslim and I do not eat pork. I ordered a Chicken McMuffin, but the employee gave me one with bacon even though I did not request it. When I pointed it out, she said it was okay because she hadn’t charged me for the bacon. I explained that it didn’t matter and asked for a new sandwich.
She then asked for the sandwich back, which made me concerned that it might be given to another customer. After that, she shut the drive-thru window in my face. You can review the camera footage if needed. She eventually made me a new sandwich, but again asked for the original sandwich back so it could be reused and given to someone else.
This is completely unacceptable and a serious health concern. Food that has been handled by one customer should never be given to another. The service I received was extremely unprofessional and disappointing. I will also be reporting this incident to the health department.

This store is horrible i ordered from them twice in my life both times i got my order missing stuff and both times they refused to give me a refund, all the workers don’t know how to treat people they need better staff and service.

Yes, friends, this is a general problem in McDonald's and Burger King, and I'm very bothered by it. We are requesting that the kitchen staff wear gloves while preparing this food. Everyone is requesting it; we want a clean and hygienic environment. The food is already unhealthy, and we're eating it out of necessity, because there's no other option in this beautiful Canada. We are requesting that they wear gloves. Maybe the kitchen staff went to the toilet and didn't wash their hands, how would I know? As a business, as a company, you're making millions of dollars; gloves wouldn't be a huge cost for you.

Ordered food for delivery, waited for 1.5 hour and the explanation they given me was nobody from drivers wanted to deliver order and i live across the street, after cancelling the order they kept the money for 5 days and customer service is overseas so you can't complain nor get any service from them , i had to pay when placing the order but my money is coming probably in a shipping container and it will need 3-5 day to reach my account, service from mcd personal was horrible as well as door dashers!
Think twice before ordering delivery since there's huge chance you will be giving you money to some overseas company to work with it 3-5 days if non of the drivers take your order !
