  They guys are taking too long for the food, they always ask to wait on side and takes almost 8-10 mins to give food. Worst service ever of any of the mcds i ever visited.!!!! Staff should be changed.

  Today I order an apple pie with me McDonald's reward points. I got my pie and left. When I got home I opened it to see it was burnt and the wrong flavor. They gave me the caramel one (which I do not like). They literally put it in the apple pie box too... This upset me so 2 stars :).

  Worst drive thru experience ever. Had two cars in front of us and some how it took me 20 mins to get to the panel to order. Everyone was honking their horns. At the window was welcome with rude lady. My payment did not go through. I told her. But she just closed the window. Continue to wait another 10 mins at the window. About 10 cars behind me now all honking their horns. They said they are busy inside, but yet the dinning room was closed. She said oh sorry we are short staffed. But yet within the 10 minutes waiting I saw 4 different ppl walking around in uniform. Pick my son up from his late shift and wanted food before going home. What a waste of time. I hope management see this or the CEO. please consider to re train your staff. This was never an issue 10 years ago.

  Worst McDonalds experience of my life. Been a customer since childhood, they messed up my order catastrophically. This is enough to sue them. But what's the point. Ordered egg n cheese mcmuffin and caramel latte. They gave me a regular mcmuffin which has meat ( i dont eat meat) and hot caramel latte. Coffee i let go, but when I took a bite I realized I ate pork, for the first time in my life. I spit it out. When I went to show them the error, they said sure we will replace it. No apology, no nothing. This is just terrible experience. I think I'm done with McD. Will report to McD website, I doubt its gonna make a difference. They dont care.

  Very disappointed in the quality of service you get from this location. I waited over 25 minutes for my mobile order to be brought to me in the parking lot. Just for all my food to come out cold and my fries not have any salt on them. Really?? is this the first day on the job for some of these people. And before anyone says my reviews, just you don’t even wanna know how backed up the drive-through was and how many people were told to pull over to the side and wait for their orders. McDonald’s do better. Next time I will be going to Chick-fil-A.
