    Experience is not good........I order place online I have paid money bt when my wife visit there and she waiting for 25 min...and there staff member never call for pick up and when my wife go on counter that lady say you have to pay again for your order and tell to your time as to over .....so experience is to bad...In my life I never come over there ...

    I placed an online order through the McDonald’s app, and the driver they assigned never showed up. When I contacted the driver, he said he had no order details at all. I then called the restaurant, and the staff told me “someone took your order,” and immediately hung up on me without giving any solution. I kept calling back, but they kept the line busy or simply refused to pick up. No help, no explanation, no refund, nothing. Extremely unprofessional and careless customer service. If this is how they handle customers’ money and orders, it’s completely unacceptable. Absolutely disappointed. I will never order from this location again. Date- 11/12/2025

    This location charged my visa 2x for one gift card purchase I made. Beware!!! I bought a 25 dollar gift card at this location on Dec 2 at 3:23 pm. There was some confusion with the person attending me at the window. I only received one receipt and one gift card for 25 dollars. However I was charged $25 x2 on my visa….50 dollars in total!
