I ordered a double toasted bagel, but it came out completely charred. It was burnt to the point where it tasted like charcoal and was not edible at all. I understand double toasted means crispy, not burnt. Really disappointing experience, especially for such a simple order.

I was extremely disappointed with my recent visit to this location (January 3 @ 9:37 PM). I went through the drive thru and my order was relatively simple enough: 4 sandwiches (no custom orders), 1 large fries, and 1 6-pack of chicken nuggets. After we paid for our food, we were directed to wait as they were supposedly preparing our food “fresh” for us. Fine. No problem. But it took them over 20 minutes to actually complete our order and serve us our food. And by then, our fries were ice cold. And they even stiffed us a chicken nugget, which is pretty sad considering that they had over 20 minutes to finish everything and cross-check the order. I know it may seem petty to complain about one chicken nugget. But for the cost of McDonalds these days, I should get what I pay for and I don’t think I’m in the wrong for voicing this in the public domain. I probably could have sent this to the store manager and scored a coupon for a free Big Mac or something. But then that defeats the purpose of writing this. And the satisfaction that I get right now in writing this review means more to me than a lousy Big Mac.

I ordered a veggie burger, but the burger patty was cold and hard to chew, with a very poor taste. The medium fries were also cold and not up to the mark, with a very small quantity ( half filled cup ). I ordered a medium Coke but received a Diet Coke. The entire order was a blunder. I do not suggest going to this McDonald’s location for taste and quality, as even the staff who was cooking did not seem to be following the standards.

Honestly one of the worst McDonald’s experiences I’ve had. The person who took my order was rude and dismissive from the start, like I was inconveniencing them just by ordering food. No basic manners, no patience, just straight attitude.
On top of that, it took 15 minutes to get a Jr. Chicken combo and a McChicken — two of the most basic items on the menu. That wait time is ridiculous, especially when the place wasn’t even packed. No apology, no explanation, nothing.
Fast food is supposed to be fast, but more importantly, customers should be treated with basic respect. This location clearly struggles with both. Definitely needs better staff training and management because this kind of service isn’t acceptable

Food is good but customer service is poor. My husband and I had been sitting there waiting for our order number to be called, when suddenly the place filled up with a big group of customers. When I noticed a lot of them had been served before us, I approached the counter to follow up. The girl curtly said. “I’ll call you, too”, and after some time placed our order in a bag. As she handed it to me, I asked what took it so long and why others who came later were served before us. She pretended not to have heard me, so I repeated what I said, louder this time, but she just turned towards the drive-thru window and completely ignored me. I can appreciate the drive-thru customers are their priority, but she should at least have apologized, and should not have ignored my question. Customer Service Manager, please retrain this girl with her hair tied in a bun who was packing the orders on Saturday, December 6, 2025 around 6:30 PM - to smile and to be polite.
