  I never thought I’d be leaving a five-star review for McDonald’s, since you don’t really expect that level of service there. But the lady (possibly a supervisor or manager) was so helpful and kind that I had to leave a review. She just exuded warmth when you spoke to her, and she went above and beyond to help me find the Happy Meal toys my kids wanted, so I really appreciate it.

  So we ordered 2 spicy Mac veggie combos for dine in, they gave takeout, it's ok mistakes happen, i have worked at tim hortons too. While we were eating we ordered 2 more sandwiches. Their screens went down they couldn't catch our order although we already paid for it then I informed them. They ignored me , i had informed 3 different team members, but not a single one of them made my order. We got disappointed after waiting for 20 minutes when more than 5 people who ordered after us got their order we asked for refund. It's nice that we got money back for 2 sandwiches but the combos we paid for earlier it was a total waste of money as these people ruined our mood we did not eat fries and drinks. They ruined our whole evening. Surprisingly it wasn't that busy, there was line up earlier but then it went quiet. Also, they never wear gloves. They touch food with bare hands, I wonder if they even wash their hands. They need food safety training.

  Customer service is so trash here. They don’t even pay attention who’s at the counter to order food. One lady can to ask me what I wanted to order, I was opening up my McDonald’s app, and it took like 2 seconds too load , the girl literally sped walked away from the cash. Then I had to wait another 10 mins for someone else to come take my order. Like what the heck. Either hire more people or train ur staff on how to have customer service etiquette.

  Not the greatest service def not my favourite McDonalds. Often rushed through the drive through and no smiles. Often sent to the “reserved parking” but it’s as if they are not keeping track of how many they sent out. There aren’t that many spots so often clients have to roam around looking for a spot. Making the “drive through” experience long and a bit of a hassle. I think the worst is the service interaction w the clients. A nice interaction and smiles would go a long way.

  Fave McDonald’s location. The staff treat my son like a VIP. He loves their grill cheese sandwiches and they always make sure they’re perfect for him. The staff treat everyone so nice at this location. The management is great! The kitchen staff, and you can watch them to verify, are super professional here. It’s “just McDonald’s” I get it, but they do it perfectly all the time. I’ve been visiting this location for 15 years and can’t tell you any issues that were terrible. Forgotten sauce, or missed toppings … in 14 years yes, a few times of course. But the food has been perfect always. The restaurant is always spotless! The children are treated very well here too. If you’re looking for a 10/10 location, this is it. The staff make the place. They deserve all the credit.
