  Don't really have a problem with the restaurant or the staff but I just need to say guys it's a fast food restaurant it's not fine dining everybody complaining about how their food looks or how their sandwich fell apart like guys it's fast food what are you expecting

  ordered a coffee with two milks and two sugars, and I was very disappointed with the service I received. The employee handed me a coffee without mixing the milk and sugar at all, which made no sense and affected the quality of the drink. When I asked about it, she showed a bad attitude and told me to “mix the milk and sugar by yourself.” This is not the level of customer service I expect. A simple order should be prepared properly, and customers should be treated with respect. I hope management addresses this issue to improve the experience for future customers.

  Super dirty, no where to eat, bathrooms not clean, staff were not very friendly or welcoming. Would not go back

  I wish i could give negative reviews. Staff are very unprofessional and act like they own you and don't care about customer need and want them to go away.I order mobile pick up at the morning and as soon as i reached via drive thru, they told me they can't serve me my mobile order because their server down and when i asked will i able to get refund in the app? They replied," I dont know that do it on your own but if you want you can order only cash " And then another guy pulled up in between in authority voice," hey, we can only take order in cash." And i respond i do have cash and they when i order and drive up the window, i gave them 50 dollar bill and my order was around 15 dollars. And then the girl respond to the guy, " bro got a 50". Then she said i dont have change. I wasted my 15 mins in this unprofessional and rude behaviour where staff dont want to serve their customers because they feel lazy in the morning. It was clearly displayed on their face.
