  Horrible service on Feb 28 ..order 1059.. Payed for 2milks one coffee and muffin .. Received one muffin and coffee only ..was told the two milks were in cup of coffee.. Not a rocket scientist employee...I spent nearly 8 dollars for that.. absolutely wake up and smell the coffee training to employee

  This location just feels run down. Gum underneath the tables, printer didn't work on the kiosk (and no one seemed to want to do anything about it), staff looking directly at you and ignoring you. If i was in the area again, I'd drive somewhere else other than this place. Oh, the food. Quarter pounder was dry. Almost Griswald turkey dinner dry.

  We couldn't find the entrance and we almost got ran over. Very badly designed entrance and drive thru layout. I asked for a shamrock shake that I saw on their own menu, and they didn't know what I was talking about. What kind of place doesn't know what they sell. They also failed to give me my employee discount. They also had no ketchup available . Unacceptable.!! I've worked at a separate McDonald's location for as long as I can remember and this is not customer service!

  The staff at this location is horrible, including the supervisor. I had to ask for a refund because both the employee and supervisor wanted to give me a hard time about honey sauces for my 20 piece nuggets. I have witnessed this location and others giving out free sauces to customers (including myself) with no nuggets and here I come ordering 20 nuggets and it's an issue for me to have 5-6 honey sauces. The supervisor was so unprofessional and rude. When I asked for her name to be written on my receipt she handed it to me with no name, not even verbally proving it then tried to quickly close the window. Before she could close it, I asked again and told her I would wait until I got it. She intentionally tried to turn away in a way that I couldn't see her badge and of course the name on the receipt was written so I couldn't understand. My daughter and I both tried to figure out what exactly the supervisor wrote.

  Poor Service and Unprofessional Customer Support I am very disappointed with the service I received. The online information shows that Access closes at 1:00 a.m., and Google also indicates that the location is open. However, when I arrived, I was told, “I don’t know, maybe it’s wrong.” This response is unacceptable. If the posted hours are incorrect, it is your responsibility to ensure they are updated immediately. Customers rely on accurate information, especially during winter when access to washrooms is important for people to clean up and freshen up. Additionally, I felt disrespected by the way I was treated upon entering, as if I was suspected of doing something wrong. This kind of treatment is inappropriate and unprofessional. I strongly recommend implementing a daily review or roundup of duties to ensure staff are informed, hours are accurate, and customers are treated respectfully. Please take this matter seriously and correct the issue as soon as possible.
