  Coming back from work i always stop at this location even though it’s out of my way only because of the amazing service the overnight staff provides. Especially kiran always patiently listens and i get exactly what i ask for with warm smiles. keep up the good work guys!

  Very bad and worst experience, girl on the window was very rude and shows attitude and the burger was dry looks like cooked few hours ago it was smelling bad, don't know how they are passing food and safety audits with this kind of service, totally dissatisfied with the service!!!!!!

  Worst experience, 15 November,2024 @1.15AM,, food was stale, burger pattie looked like it was cooked 2-3 hours ago, just wasted my money as well as the girl on the window was changing garbage bins and she came without washing her hands and took the money and she was so rude. We paid for the food and got the worst food and when we complained that you didn't wash her hands then she reply very rudely and went to other side and send someone else on the window to pass our food, no idea why these people are doing this, why not giving fresh food instead arguing and providing bad customer service!!!!!!! Will never go there to get this kind of bad service.

  Absolutely disgusting quality control measures, no health and safety in place. Observed workers stall for 20 minutes with my order while there was no one waiting for any other orders, patting excess grease from burger patties with tissue paper before placing it in my burger, with no gloves, no hair nets, no health and safety measures. Did not want to argue with staff, simply took my order and threw it out promptly after receiving it. Worst experience and more customer should be aware of the lack of health and safety as well as the unsanitary kitchen that food is being distributed within.

  Ordered 3 combos, got home to realize 1 whole order was missing. Employees packed the take out bag instead of separating items and the entire bag broke at my front door. Called the location to inform and the employee who answered was very rude and only said, yeah just come back. No apology what so ever. Drove back to pick up my replacement order, added another $15 worth of items, only to get back home to find the fries from all orders not included. Terrible customer service - $75 worth of food with 2 trips there and missing items, without a care in the world from employees. Won’t be back to this location as it’s a complete waste of time and money.
