  I ordered take out,I ordered large fries and 10 pcs nuggets but I told them 2 times extra ketchup,when I came home,I didnt see any ketchup. Do not buy mc donald night shift

  I ordered a chicken bacon ranch poutine and small McFlurry, the food was good as usual. However, what surprised me today was the company theft committed by Sunitha. Sunitha had her phone out while completing my order at the cash. I noticed that her phone was opened to the McDonald’s app. She then proceeded to take my order and after that, SCANNED HER OWN MCDONALD’S REWARDS APP ON HER PHONE to redeem points. I asked her why she did that? To then she apologized, and asked if I wanted to redo my order. I said no because I’m just shocked and I told her that “you need to ask the customer first.” This is highly unprofessional. First of all, unless you’re a manager or your phone is being used for work purposes, then there is no reason for it be out during work. Secondly, I grew up in a family where both of my parents worked in food service (fast-food) for years to provide for us. Their work ethic is rooted in HONESTY and professionalism. This is why this situation upset me so much — I grew up with honesty, so when I see people engage in fraudulent behaviour towards customers, it makes me angry.

  I DO NOT RECOMMEND GOING DURING THE NIGHTSHIFT I waited over 12minutes for a xl coffee…. I ordered an xl coffee at 4:58am and did not receive the coffee until 5:11am. This place is ridiculously slow and does not prioritize orders during the night shift. I ordered one coffee at 4:58am, received a notification to pick up the coffee 5minutes later however no one showed up, I then received a text notification after 11minutes that my coffee was ready and to pickup however a person didn’t show up for another 2minutes. After receiving my coffee I asked the worker why it took so long and he replied it’s busy and pointed to the 3 Uber Eats orders he was bringing at the exact same time… I don’t understand why he had to bring three separate orders at the same time instead of prioritizing orders. There is no one to talk to, text or call and you just have to sit there and wait for your order to finish. At this point just cancel the night shift or update the app and let people know it’s an extra long wait because waiting over 12minutes for a coffee with no cancel option is ridiculous and made me late for work

  One of the best McDonald’s locations I’ve been to. Coffee is good too ☕️ And burgers are DONE very well here 😋

  OMG , Subject: Concern About Hygiene Practices at Your Restaurant Dear McDonald’s Team, It was my first time visiting this plaza, and I decided to get food from McDonald’s. After placing my order, I noticed what appeared to be a supervisor or manager (I didn’t get her name) wiping the floor with brown tissue and not wearing gloves.What concerned me most was that, without washing her hands afterward, she grabbed my food and served it to me. When I pointed out that this was not hygienic, she told me that she had used a tissue to clean the floor — as if that made it acceptable.I strongly recommend checking your store’s security cameras to verify what happened. I understand I could have refused the food, but at the moment, I didn’t. However, I do believe this situation needs to be addressed to ensure proper hygiene and food safe. Or she was in higher position ?
