  I visited McDonald’s on monday 23 at around 2:40 am and I was very impressed with the service. The employee working during that shift was professional, calm, and respectful. She handled customers efficiently even during a busy time. It’s employees like her who make the experience positive. Keep up the great work!

  name was i think gurpreet yesterday was very rude i ask her for some extra ketchup and at first she didnt listen to me but after she said coustmer like you want free ketchup for no cost which was very rude and abusing this behaviour was rude i have ever experienced in my life 0 stars to mcdonalds because of this girl…. She should be unemployed

  The girl named gurpreet working at mcdonalds drive-thru was way too rude employee i have ever met in my entire mcdonald order history I order some food when i ask her for napkins she said we dont have free cost of napinks to give customers like you which was way unacceptable and very rude behaviour she must not get employed by mcdonald because they way she treating their customers is not acceptable and very rude behaviour i would have gave 0 stars if i could mcdonalds please take action against her thanks

  I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this McDonald’s location. This is the third time this has happened to me. I ordered a McVeggie combo, and the burger came in the green vegetarian box. However, after taking a bite, I realized it was chicken instead of vegetarian. As someone who is vegetarian and does not eat meat, this is very upsetting. I immediately went back to the store, and the manager confirmed it was a mistake and even said they knew who made the error. While I appreciate the acknowledgment, this is not acceptable — especially since it has happened multiple times before. This is not just a small mistake. For vegetarians, this is a serious issue involving personal beliefs and dietary restrictions. I am attaching photos along with my order number for reference. Order Number: 255 Date & Time: feb/11/2025, 04:32:07pm I hope the management takes strict action to ensure this does not happen again to anyone.
