  30 year old Indian lady with accent working here is super rude. Came up to me after another employee told me I could have a bag while purchasing my chocolates. After picking out my chocolates this lady comes up to me and tells me I can’t have the bag unless I purchase 75 chocolates. I said her colleague already said it was fine if I’m buying the chocolates. This rude lady insists I can’t have the bag. Way to lose a repeat customer because you wanted to think you own the store and didn’t want to give out a shopping bag for a customer purchasing your product ? Doesn’t make sense for me. Get it together. I won’t be going back

  Worst experience at the store today. Ice cream was not at all creamy as it usually is, being a store regular , I pretty much know how Lindt ice cream tastes but the store girl(Simran) was challenging me over the Ice Cream quality. I asked her for a refund as this Ice Cream was not at all consistent with Lindt standards and she right away refused any kind of remedy and her excuse was no manager available and that i do not know the taste of their Ice Cream .I asked her to throw the Ice Cream and she gladly did so with an unacceptable attitude. She definitely needs re training in customer service.

  Worker said welcome to everyone else who walked in except us, even though we were paying customers. Found that weird but still bought chocolates and they were good.

  At the entrance, a lady asked whether I was actually going to buy something or just looking around. Apparently, colored skin customers need to justify their presence here. Avoid this location if you value your self-respect.
