- HSHusain SapatwalaNov 17, 20251.0My wife and I are hardcore Lindt fans. Especially the in store experience at this branch. But our last visit has really put in a bitter taste. So we picked up the 150 pc $85 pack of asorted. Went to the check out and all was well. The lady weighed it and removed 6 pcs to get it to the correct weight and she Locked the box. Then asked us to create a Lindt account to avail the extra 10% discount. In the meantime she was checking out other customers. When we were ready the other lady at the second counter called us to the other counter. Now she had seen her colleague just weigh and seal the box. But she weighed it again and removed 2 additional chocolates. So to the madam with the glasses. In a busy store in front of all the customers you proved that 1. Your colleague is incompetent. 2. Though you distribute fre chocolates to everyone. A paying customer buyng your biggest box cannot get with TWO extra chocolates. It wasn't about the two chocolates. It was about how rude you were about it. I will stil buy Lindt. But definitely won't be looking forward to the store experience anymore. For us Lindt at festivals was a no brainer. Now we will definitely be considering other brands. Thank you. p.s: The lady with the glasses. You definitiely are not in touch with the Lindt culture. Or maybe the Lindt corporate has made a culture shift.
- SIS INov 10, 20255.0It was great experience, staff is very welcoming and courteous rhey tool time to understand our orders,made it perfect as per our requirements,their icecream cone is great and doesnot melt till u finsih it,they make sure to add had choclate in the end of the cone.Their cold and hot drinks were very yummy. Keep.up the good work guys and add this food rake option at your other locations too.
