  Tastes really bad and was salty, soggy too much oil. Would not recommend this. Please give good food for the money we pay. Worst ever branch. Workers should be trained not use old chicken

  KFC have been advertising heavy about the new Chilli Chicken menu. I tried it today but let me be honest it's not what it's advertised. Chicken strips and pieces are small, Burgers are mid. Staff having difficulty taking and keying the orders. All and all a very mid experience.

  This Location is by far the worst I've ever experienced. My 3 year old daughter wanted Popcorn chicken kids meal. We were told they don't carry it. Strike 1. Strike 2. My daughter only like ketchup with her chicken, asked for extra, gave us a hard time even after said I don't care, I'll pay extra. And they were rude to my Wife about it. Strike 3. Strike 4, Only have regular size bottles of Apple Juice that are sizes for adults. And they only had "warm bottles right now" How do you expect a 3 year old to drink that big of a bottle? Strike 5, Was they don't have the daily deals that all other KFC stores have(Erin Mills and other restaurants not inside the mall) I can see why the reviews are so low for hmsuch a big restaurant chain in this location. This restaurant has bad service, no options for kids, and they don't even serve cold juice. Will never return to this KFC after this experience

  This is my third time at this Square One KFC, and it didn't disappoint me. I got my order fast and in good quality :)
