  The staff is not well trained. Went today to get lunch, they were giving training to some trainee, who didn’t give the accurate order to my daughter, I had to send her again to get our complete order.

  I stood at the cash and they kept walking by ignoring me,l, finishing what they had started before I got there. What is wrong with saying, hello, I will be with you shortly!? Refusing to acknowledge customer, it doesn't mean that they are not present and you not seeing them because you are trying to not look at them. Workers think that others are without smarts to not notice their behaviour? Well, I told them to stop ignoring the customer. No bloody manners! Just discourteous all the time no matter where. What is the pupose of wearing gloves? They handle cash with gloves and then use the same gloves to prepare and package food. Don't do a totally different task with the same gloves in a kitchen. Change your mindset and behaviour. Adapt to different settings. I am sure that KFC has food handling percedures. Also, do not touch any part of your body, scratching your head, your skin, whipping your face with the back of your hand, coughing on the back of your hand the and go and handle food without washing your hands. I have seen these things Disgusting man. Damn! I walked out leaving them to their nastiness. I don't eat nastiness because I don't handle my food unsanitarily.

  Amazing service and the manager (kasheesh) was so polite and patient. Always going to use this KFC Location for all my fried chicken cravings. 😍

  I always thought all kfc locations had to use the same recipe for their chicken?? The chicken at this location had no flavour at all. Also the gravy was a very strange texture. We were scared to eat it. So was a huge waste of money 😔 Couldn’t be bothered to pack it up and go all the way back to get a refund.

  as if the wait time wasn’t bad enough, there were many language barriers while i was trying to order my food. i was simply asking if they had nestea, and the workers kept on insisting i was trying to order a rootbeer. after having received the order, which was only 4 peices of chicken after 20 minutes, the food was cold, almost as if it was days old. you would think it’s common sense to add at least one condiment to the bag, but there was none. the lady which seemed like the MANAGER was also ignoring my questions to speak with her colleagues in the back:
