  Chicken was soggy double fried garbage. If this is what KCF is these days it’s an absolute overpriced disgrace to fried chicken. I wouldn’t eat here again if this place paid me to eat their food. See you never again

  I ordered food from Uber Eats and my daughter asked me to get her favorite sauce. When the food arrived, there was none, so I called the store. The lady who answered told me there was nothing she could do and said I should pick it up in-store. I ordered food because I didn't want to go out, and she said sometimes they forget to put items in. What about people who pay the right amount and get missing items? Next time, you need to make sure the order is ready before handing it to the delivery person.And i didn’t even get an apology

  I recently visited KFC and had a great experience! The food was fresh, hot, and delicious as always, but what really made my visit special was the excellent service from Jaspreet. He was friendly, polite, and made sure my order was perfect.

  Decided to give it a try after 10 years and no surprise the driest, grainiest chicken I've ever had. Just as I thought it couldn't not be worst than last time, how amazing that it actually competed itself to be the worst fried chicken ever. Some parts of the chicken I had to tear off like a jerky (I had a spicy chicken sandwich) And to top it all I can think of many other places I could have spent $10 and actually be full I do have to give credit to the beautiful people working there keeping the place clean. I'll be back in another 10 years to show support to a franchise I once loved.

  Don’t ever order delivery from here. I placed my order online on the KFC mobile app at 12:40pm and didn’t receive my order until about 1:33pm and they’re located just 5 minutes away. I clearly indicated my unit#, buzzer# and instructions on how to get to my unit in the order but was met with constant lies that I had not put that information in. They’ll lie to get you off the phone. Had to meet my delivery driver at the front lobby who didn’t even buzz in or call me. Can’t believe it took almost an hour! Obviously their app doesn’t properly communicate the order to the store and it’s best to order in person or just order from somewhere else. Absolutely horrendous service.
