  The wait time for a simple meal is outrageous. Thought it was a one time thing but it seems like it’s a re-occurring thing. Definitely not an efficient running location.

  Service terrible every time I order I have to wait. What's the point of taking my order if you only prepare after I get to the window.

  I am VERYYYYY DISSATISFIED with my recent experience. I ordered the 4‑piece Dark Ultimate Bucket for 2 and clearly informed the cashier that I wanted all pieces spicy. He even confirmed this with the staff inside. However, when I reached home, I realized they had packed all regular pieces instead. I had to drive back to the store, and although they told me to wait 9 minutes, I only received my corrected order after 20 minutes. The staff also said they would include an extra piece of chicken for the inconvenience, but that was not provided either. On top of all this, no one apologized. Instead, they simply said they were busy. I understand the store can get busy, but that should not mean customers have to suffer because of repeated mistakes

  Incompetent staff doesn't know how to read 2 different orders numbers and refuse to give the driver my order. Almost 2 hours after ordering, they still not knowing what to do

  no name tags, no gloves, no hairnet, rude, always on cell phone and not at all customer friendly.. When i go there 2 girls at front one or them jst left without attending me and second girl on phone for long time. it feel like owner pick the counter helper from street and they dont care about KFC STANDARS or anyone also its like counter helpers dont have food certificate or proper training. I will not go there every again. i work in social media and and this was my worst experience.
