Staff were rude and did not apologize for a clearly poor quality "famous" chicken sandwich. This is a $10 sandwich which was very over cooked and the chicken was the size of the very small bun it comes with. I've had this sandwich many times and never seen one this small and overcooked. When I showed the staff the sandwich, they said this was the famous sandwich with no further explanation or apology. They refunded me without any apology or further explanation (or even eye contact), and walked away from me after dropping the cash on the counter. I will not be returning here.
