Our server was kind but did not refill our drinks or offer waters when the other drinks were finished. My nachos were cold along with my soup and "cheesy honey buns" yet the buns were burnt? My brother and grandmother got steak, thin and tough and not cooked to the requested temp. Server again was kind but was clearly uninterested in making the situation better for anyone.
