For a restaurant of this sized chain, it’s shocking that the bathroom is allowed to look like we’re in the slums. Also, we were offered a coupon for free drinks only if we provided a 5-star review and then showed the server our review. Not a good way to receive honest feedback from your customers. Clearly they’re only concerned about top reviews and not opportunities to do better. I usually like this restaurant, but very disappointed tonight. Ps. We didn’t accept the coupon
