  One thing about Kelsey’s is that they’re always great with customer service, and today was no different. We came in late afternoon and were greeted by a really friendly, knowledgeable hostess who started things off on a good note. Our server was great too, really attentive and pleasant throughout our meal. We know it’s a family restaurant, but there were quite a few kids running around, which was a little distracting. Aside from that, the service from both the hostess and our server was excellent!

  We came in around 3:30pm and had a wonderful experience from the moment we walked through the door. The hostess was incredibly likeable, warm, and welcoming, setting the tone for the entire visit. When we were seated, we asked about the specials for the day, and she knew every deal and detail without hesitation! Her confidence and friendliness really made our first impression great! Our server was also fantastic and very professional. She made sure our drinks were never empty and checked in just the right amount without being intrusive. Truly excellent service all around. The only thing that felt a little off-putting was noticing some children taking items from the hostess stand while what appeared to be a manager watched. It didn’t ruin our visit by any means, but it did stand out. Overall, great experience!

  We visited earlier today and from the moment we were welcomed by the host (she was so friendly and welcoming) we knew it was going to be a great visit. The host , server and atmosphere were just what we were looking for. The food did not disappoint and then once again as we were leaving the hostess acknowledged our visit and looked forward to seeing us soon. We will be back for sure. Thanks for making our lunch a great experience.

  Just arrived for a quick bite. Waited 20 minutes for a overwhelmed waitress to finally take our order. After not knowing what salad dressing the restaurant offers and waiting another 10 minutes to get a reply my husband and I got up and left. The waitress was overwhelmed for such a small restaurant and we noticed her going to other tables rather then immediately asking what the dressings are. Worst service at this particular establishment.

  Original (2025-11-20) This is the first restaurant I've ever been denied a split bill AFTER waiting FOREVER for it. I sat at the lounge/bar area for lunch today with my friend. I had to wave her down to get a bill and asked for it to be split. Then I waited long enough to wave her down again and she came back with 1 bill. She told me she couldn't split the bill because our server was busy. Then I told her 'for real, I'm a customer?' and she walked away rudely then FINALLY brought two bills. She seemed like the server that would complain about me tipping low but maybe show some kind of customer service for a higher tip??? Ridiculous. Updated (2025-11-24) I filled out the Kelseys Survey and the GM called me right away. She was very apologetic and gave us an offer to come back. I decided to take up on their offer and I had a much better time. I have updated the review but I still can't give it a 5 star because when I was offered the credit, she told me she was going to note down my name for the credit but never did. I had to spend extra time trying to remind them about my experience which was irritating since I was there because they had invited us back. Nonetheless, I do appreciate the effort they made and the food was good.
