We love coming to our local kelseys. The team is amazing and service for us is impeccable. The service team always treat my sons awesome. Anika is such a wonderful and considerate server. Already memorized our go-to dishes. We love it here and we make sure we come on a weekly basis...Thursdays for wings or just our late lunch on Sundays after church.

Best experience ever. They have the nicest staff, and the food was so good. First time going there and I fell in love with how cozy it is. Khushi was so nice and friendly, she had a very smiley face which made us feel comfortable. The prices were SO good, we had dinner for 2 people for an amazing price. It is also so suitable for birthdays.

We were in around 10pm on valentines day. We expected things to be a bit busy but we went later to avoid the rush. The food was cold like it had sat in the window for a while before being given to us and the server was not attentive at all. I used to be a server so I understand giving people grace but we waiting 15 minutes to even be greeted then another 15 for our drinks. At that point in the night, the restaurant was emptying out so I don't understand the wait unless our server was more preoccupied with side work. Very disappointing.

Brutal experience from start to finish. Waited 37 minutes just to get drinks, and when they finally showed up the Caesar was awful—no rimmer, barely drinkable. After asking for a secondary glass with rimmer, that alone took 25 minutes to show up? We complained about the drink and the waitress had the audacity to ask if it had the vodka that we are paying for. I didn’t even finish the drink because the ice had melted into my drink to water it down. Maybe that was the plan all along because of the initial complaint?
After that, we waited over an hour for appetizers, and when the mains finally arrived they were stone cold. The steak was so overcooked and tough it might as well have been a hockey puck. Completely unacceptable for a place that pretends to be a sit-down restaurant.
To make things worse, the service was terrible. Our waitress had a serious attitude and came across as rude and dismissive instead of apologetic or helpful.
To top it all off the total was WELL over $150. When going out to eat in this day and age, I am expecting good service when spending that much money. PLUS A TIP ON TOP.
Between the long waits, cold food, bad drinks, and poor service, this was easily one of the worst dining experiences I’ve had. Won’t be coming back, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

The experience was what you might expect from the average roadhouse. Service was friendly, but not over the top; Some of the dishes were great and some not so much.
What they did well:
-Tenderloin was amazing, charred and simultaneously moist.
-The loaded kettle chips were balanced with topping ratio and flavours (these are a unique menu hilight, and I recommend you try them).
Needs improvement:
-The chicken bites on special were borderline undercooked.
-The butterflied chicken in a companion's meal was so well done he described it as shoe leather.
- the dip for the calamari was 'odd' (soy and Thai?) and didn't work with the lemon drizzle and fried veggies... And there wasn't a lot of actual calamari (weighed frozen?)
- the lettuce wrap had browning and the wasnt crunchy fresh.
- the lettuce wrap plating of the fajitas should have had more lettuce wraps instead of shredded lettuce in the topping bowl.
Was it edible? Did some things taste good? Yes to both, but I'd like to see some better execution from the team on a Saturday afternoon, especially with the freshness of the lettuce.
The other thing that really bothered me was that when using a gift card it prompts you to tip twice. So you pay a tip off the subtotal, apply the gift card, and then it will prompt you again to tip on the difference - most people probably don't notice they just double tipped. The manager made it right, but I'm absolutely certain this gets other people to tip twice and it just shouldn't be prompting that second time around.
Everything was fine but it's not as good as it was a few years back; menu has become more value orientated than quality driven. If you want cheaper eats you'll probably find this to be perfectly fine, but if you notice all the small things, then there's things to notice.
