  Pretty okay place to chill for a few beers. Food is okay but not great and the cost isnt the fairest, but its a solid choice to spend a couple hours if you arent worried about saving money

  Came in for dinner the other night, first time at this Kelsey's location. At first I thought they were just crazy busy, because of the line of people waiting to be seated, but as I got to the front of the cue, I quickly realized that they were SEVERELY understaffed. There were plenty of empty tables, but nobody to bus them, leaving parties to wait at the front. The server who spoke to us was incredibly apologetic for leaving us waiting, which was fine, I can definitely empathize with the situation and we were eventually seated. Our server was also the bartender, and came promptly to take and serve drink orders. There was trivia going on that night as well, which seemed pretty cool. It was actually to my benefit that night that our server took a little longer to get back to us for our food order, because I was a little indecisive. Ended up getting the large order of wings, half Nashville hot chicken, and half lemon pepper, while my husband got the ultimate bacon and cheese burger. Food was a little "so-so," wings were on the small side, imo, and a bit dry. I was given ranch dip instead of the blue cheese I asked for, and with how busy all the wait staff were, it would be more hassle to ask them to change it than to just take the loss, so whatever. My husband said his burger patty was also a little dry also, but otherwise a decent sized portion. In all, it wasn't my favourite Kelsey's dining experience, but despite how understaffed they seemed to be that night, I think we still received pretty good service.

  We had a pleasure of trying the Thai beef with lettuce wrap and I highly recommend! It has just the right kick and it is not overwhelming! The four cheese dip has always been our favourite and it has a choice of fried and baked pita which we truly enjoy! Anika our server is very accommodating and very welcoming, she was very kind and we felt at home and comfortable! We will definitely come back at this location!

  We had an excellent experience at Kelsey’s on Erin Mills! We came in with a large group of about 50 food chemists, and everything was handled smoothly and professionally. The menu was diverse, so there was something for everyone, and the food was great across the board. The servers were fantastic! organized, friendly, and efficient and the manager did an outstanding job coordinating such a big group. Despite our size, we were in and out in about an hour and a half, which was impressive. Highly recommend this location for large groups or team outings. We’ll definitely be back!

  My husband and I dined at Kelseys Erin Mills location on Dec. 1, 2025. Our hostess Alysha was welcoming and friendly upon our arrival and it continued for the duration of our visit. She was knowledgeable of the menu and made a few suggestions of my menu queries. We were impressed with her positive demeanor and her willingness to accommodate us. She is genuine and charming with great people skills. She gave us Great Service. We also met the manager Ambreen who stopped at our table to greet us with a warm smile.
