  I’m honestly really disappointed by my experience today. While I was inside, I saw a mouse come out from the black carpeted area near the food counter. It was shocking and pretty unsettling, especially considering how close it was to where food is prepared and served. What concerned me just as much was that there didn’t seem to be much urgency in addressing the situation. I understand that things happen, but this felt like something that should have been handled immediately and taken very seriously. I hope management looks into this and takes the proper steps to ensure the space is clean and safe moving forward. Please see the attached photos.

  Asked for a veggie burger. Explain that there’s a meat allergy and if they can, please just make sure that they scrubbed a part of the grill where the patty can be cooked without cross-contamination. They couldn’t accommodate a simple request like this. I guess that’s what you get when you’re in this side of town.

  This place is the most unorganized Harvey's I have ever been to. They have so many orders pre made that when you get your food it's cold. People pay good money for food we expect is hot. I also just witnessed trays being used that weren't cleaned. Unbelievable. Been coming here for 11 years. This is the worst visit. If you can't handle Uber and skip and dine in customers stop. Or have more staff. It's at least 20 mins for your order to be ready even though it's been sitting under the heat lamp for 15mins. Not a happy paying in person customer.

  The staff was smiling and happy and working in unison with each other... Beautiful teamwork , and the resulting atmosphere made the restaurant seem fun and happy too. It was a surprising experience. This really would be the first time i would give extremely 100%+ in satisfaction experience. Oh yeah.. the food was good too...

Food is always cooked fresh and I love supporting this Harvey's because they don't throw out the food after hours that's left over they donate to homeless
