Olives were included on my sandwich when my online order did not include this. The first time I shrugged it off but today I started doubting myself and double checked and confirmed it was not my error. It's not fun dissecting your sandwich to remove olives before you can eat. Hoping this review helps change this.

Unfortunately, based on our experience, this will be a rather negative review. Our family went to Harvey’s this evening at approximately 4:30 p.m. At this time, there were only TWO employees working - one cooking and one preparing orders. There was no one taking orders. We didn’t realize that until we got into line and realized no employees were helping the actual customers in the restaurants. The one worker out front was simply fulfilling Uber Eats orders. After being ignored for 10 minutes, we decided to go across the street to Wendy’s. It’s very difficult to support Canadian companies when this is the type of service being provided to customers. You must have more than two people working at a time. That part is unacceptable. 🍔🥤

Mind you this isn’t normally the case as most of the other times I’ve been here, staff was cold, aloof and really looked like they would rather be somewhere else. Both staff I interacted with tonight, a young man and a young lady, went out of their way to confirm what I wanted and even explained and answered all my questions about other items on the menu. Keep it up!
