It's been almost a month since it doesn't let me to put the order and i receive an error message. It's so annoying, I've gotten my orders in person lately, but they always get the protein toppis wrong, and I honestly don't blame the staff, it's just such an unnecessary complicated problem when you have to remember that beef, special bun and other extra premium toppins have to be told before you pay in person. Please fix the app

Her smile was beaming and her attitude was beyond any I have experienced at this location before. I am taking the time to share this feedback with you because Customer Service is a dying trait, and Latishia went above and beyond! Janet who then dressed my burger was also super wonderful and ensured my food was exactly how I ordered it. I am extremely impressed by the service these two individuals provided today! Thank you so much! They deserve to be recognized by all leadership! Please let them know as they deserve kudos! Thanks again! I would definitely recommend coming here when Latishia & Janet are in!
