  Worst location to accept online orders from. Extremely unprofessional staff and very rude behavior. I went to pick up an online order and was told they didn’t have it. When I contacted uber support, they confirmed the restaurant was preparing the order. Within 5 minutes, the order was suddenly “ready,” and then the staff claimed they never said they didn’t have it. Not just me — two other drivers were also waiting outside and when we knocked to ask for clarification, the staff simply nodded and told us to go back to our cars without properly explaining anything. Very poor communication and disrespectful attitude. This happened on the night of February 27. Management seriously needs to train the staff better.

  I am extremely dissatisfied and outraged by our recent experience at this Harvey’s location. My entire family became sick after eating what appeared to be improperly cooked meat, which is completely unacceptable for any restaurant. It is deeply concerning that staff responsible for handling and cooking meat do not seem to have the necessary knowledge or training to properly cook beef and bacon to safe temperatures. Whether or not an employee personally eats certain meats, or does so regularly, should never impact their ability to prepare those items safely and correctly for customers. Management has a clear obligation to ensure that every staff member is fully trained and competent in cooking all menu items, especially meat, to proper food safety standards. This incident has completely destroyed our trust in this location, and my family will not be returning. I strongly urge Harvey’s management and corporate to take immediate action, enforce accountability, and implement proper food safety training before more customers are put at risk.

  We don't live around here but when we visit we always come to this location and the service is the best. Everyone is smiling and happy working there. Accurate order as well. Dinushian is the best! Thank you for being great. Keep up the great work. Kobe's family!

  Armi and staff were great. Most definitely the best Harvey's I have been too. Service was better then some fine dinning locations.

  I came to the Harvey’s today with my boys, the manager Armi I think, she’s so kind and nice helped with all our orders at once, and the guy garnishing and making the food needs to be at all fast food places, this guy made our food with love and made my poutine the way I like it extra saucy. I’d recommend this place to anyone
